Shipping conditions Our products are shipped from Germany, depending on availability.

The delivery time within Germany is usually 3-10 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

If individual products are not immediately available, we will inform you in good time.
Shipping costs The shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and vary depending on the delivery address and package size.

Free shipping can be offered for orders above a certain value (see information in the shop).
Returns & Cancellation

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,
which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive
or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
(Section 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB).

Return conditions The return must be made within 14 days of notification of the cancellation.

Goods must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Fashion & Fashion (clothing, accessories) can be returned provided it is unused and undamaged.
Exclusion of refund Products that have been opened or used and are no longer in their original packaging,
are excluded from return for hygiene reasons.

In this case there will be no refund.
Refund After checking the return, the refund will be made to the original payment method.

The customer bears return shipping costs, except in the event of errors on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective goods).
