1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the NOFP STUDIO FZE LLC online shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when NOFP STUDIO FZE LLC accepts the customer's offer by means of an order confirmation or by delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed to the customer during the checkout process and are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. The delivery time is generally 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified. NOFP STUDIO FZE LLC is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the delivered goods do not match the ordered goods.
7. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability of NOFP STUDIO FZE LLC for damages not caused to the delivered item itself is excluded, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

NOFP STUDIO FZE LLC collects and processes the customer's personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable legal provisions, in particular for the processing of orders, for communication with the customer, and for the improvement of our services.

Data is used exclusively for internal purposes and for order processing. Data is only disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary for contract fulfilment (e.g. shipping service providers, payment providers) or as required by law.

9. Final Provisions
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Ajman, UAE, insofar as the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in the UAE.
