| Returns & Right of Withdrawal |

| Return Conditions | The return must be made within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Fashion items (clothing, accessories) can be returned provided they are unused and undamaged. |
| Refund Exclusions | Products that have been opened or used and are no longer in their original packaging are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. In this case, no refund will be issued. |
| Refunds | Once we've inspected the return, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. The customer covers return shipping costs, except in cases of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective goods). |
